By accessing or using MIMBAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MIMBAI ("the Platform"), operated by Digital Solutions (org. 996 041 468, Norway). By using MIMBAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

MIMBAI is an AI-powered platform for business operations, providing services including but not limited to: B2B matching, report generation, financial analysis, HR document generation, presentation creation, content writing and regulatory compliance assistance.

The platform is powered by Anthropic Claude and is provided on a freemium basis with Free, Pro, Teams and Enterprise tiers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MIMBAI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform without authorization
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the platform to generate spam or mass unsolicited communications

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: MIMBAI is an AI and may make mistakes. All AI-generated content should be reviewed and verified before use in professional, legal, financial or medical contexts. Digital Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you input into MIMBAI remains your property. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use, subject to Anthropic's usage policies. The MIMBAI platform, branding and underlying code are owned by Digital Solutions.

6. Subscription and Payments

Free plan users have access to limited features at no cost. Pro, Teams and Enterprise subscriptions are billed as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of MIMBAI, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the platform with reasonable notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MIMBAI after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
